Spring flowers in the park

It was an absolutely beautiful day today, sunshine and at least + 18 degrees outside. So I decided to take my camera with me and venture out to the park (Peoples square) and see if I could get some nice new reference photos of flowers to paint from. I knew the white magnolia had already seen its best days, but the pink magnolia and the cherry blossom should be ok. And I was right. The pink magnolia was at its best, and the first cherry blossom had opened. I need to go back in two days to see the cherry blossoms trees in full glory! I love spring!
